Consultation Fees are payable in full on the day of consultation.
Cancellation Policy
We confirm patient appointments via SMS or Phone, it remains your responsibility to be aware of your scheduled appointment time.
Please ensure that you respond to your appointment reminder, failure to do so will result in your appointment being automatically cancelled.
48hours notice is required for appointment cancellations, failure to do so will result in a $100.00 fee.
Fees
Consultation fees may vary depending on the type and length of appointment, whether a procedure is required and the details of your referral. Please contact reception for current fee information before attending.
Medicare and private health
A valid referral may allow you to claim a Medicare rebate for eligible specialist consultations. Private health cover may apply to hospital or surgical care depending on your insurer and policy.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to another patient.
